when i minmize the telerik component Radwindow ,the whole silverlight application frozen ,I want to konw what's wrong?Wednesday, August 13, 2014 8:33 AM

Hi,
According to your description,there are many reason could cause this, such as it's a bug with telerik compnent or you may have some corrupted silverlight component on you machine.
like Christian Amado said it would be better to raise this issue in telerik forum. Since RadControls are third party Siverlight products, I would like to suggest you reference the following address:

May be you must go to the Telerik Forum in order to get a more exactly answer about your issue.
Obviously, there is a problem with the declaration or access to the RadWindow control. Have you got the XAML or cs snippet?
