How can i delete botton action bar in xamarin android player? RRS feed

    I have that you can see in my photo when i compile my app.

    ¿How can i do it?

    In my manifest i have:

    <manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android" android:versionCode="1" android:versionName="1.0" package="****************">
        <uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="16" />
        <application android:label="ILoveCanariasExperience" android:theme="@android:style/Theme.NoTitleBar.Fullscreen" android:screenOrientation="portrait" >

    According to the docs it should be possible with

    getWindow().getDecorView().setSystemUiVisibility(View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_HIDE_NAVIGATION); which translates to Window.DecorView.SystemUiVisibility = StatusBarVisibility.Hidden; on Xamarin.Android.

    You can set this property on any view on your layout.

    There is also an example available at Xamarins sample repo

    For some reason this is not working now in Xamarin Forms 4.2 and above. Is there any updates about it?
