Is there a forum for discussing the content of MS Press books?  (i.e. shortcomings, errors, interpretation, whatever.)

Forum creation is up to the Forums' Moderators whenever there are many requests about a specific topic (like the one you're writing about).
You could also try posting your request in the "Suggestions and Feedback for the Forums" Forum at the following address
