White screen when trying to log-in into outlook account RRS feed

  • Hi,

    When I try to log-in into my account in Visual Studio, I'm facing the following white screen. Have you ever seen it before?

    I've already tried lots of things here, but I really don't know what else to do now.

    Could you please advise? If you need further details please let me know.

    Could you please tell me what's the version of your Visual Studio?

    Please restart your machine, disable the anti-virus software and firewall and run your Visual Studio as administrator.

    Also try running your Visual Studio in Safe mode to Check whether some add-ins and extensions affect it (devenv /safemode)

    If above suggestion still no help. Please try to repair your Visual Studio or install the latest update of Visual Studio.

    If the problem still exists after that. I think there might be something wrong with your Visual Studio installation. I need you installation log file to troubleshoot this issue.

    please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.cab from %temp% folder. Please upload the file to  https://onedrive.live.com/and share the link here.
