Detect Office 365 installations RRS feed

  • Question

  • Microsoft has described an easy method to detect Office 2016 and older installations at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3120274/description-of-the-numbering-scheme-for-product-code-guids-in-office-2

This method does not work when Office 365 is installed. What method should be used to programmatically detect Office 365 installation on a system?
