I have used FSX since 2006 without problem until lately. Few months ago while using Window 7 the program shut down (stopped) occasionnaly while in flight. Upon installin Window 10 the recurrence increased up to a point where the program ends on almost every
flights. I thought that one of the install DVD could be the cause but it's not the case. I installed a friend FSX and the program again shut down shortly after opening the simulator. Could it be a problem related to an overheating of the video card (intermittent
failure)? I do not play other types of games.
Any suggestions or solutions to resolve the problem would be welcomed.
It is to be noted that I no longer see the box offering to notify Microsoft when problems occur like it prevailed for many years in the past.
