Games on FaceBook

Question

I am a Vip on facebook, and do pay lots of money when I play CastleVille, FarmVille ect, but the games are very very slow and I have to refresh them every 5 minutes.Ggrrrrr So why is this happening?? Is there a special app or virus program I must have to play games on FaceBook?? Please help me with this or tell me what I should use to get the games rolling..
