Hi All,

I want to start programming in .NET environment.I have a little bit knowledge about this. However, I want to be clear in the sense, what all I need to start off with this.

Any help ful websites or documentation is also appreciated.

There is very good documentation on the MSDN site for .NET Support. You can reference the "Getting Started" section here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/xyahd8wh(VS.71).aspx for some background information on the .NET Framework. For programming specific doubts, you could referrence the "Programming with the .NET Framework" section http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa720433.aspx.
