MS Access Save report as PDF RRS feed

    Can I set option optimize for:  both online and printed (Standard) as default when I want save my reports as PDF in MA Access 2016? Thanks

  • Hi,

    I am not sure. However, if you can, which could probably be through a registry setting, I am thinking it would apply to all reports rather than a specific one.

    Just my 2 cents...

  • It isn't clear how you are saving the Access Reports. Are you using VBA code? A macro? The Access UI?

    I am afraid it is impossible. I checked the avalible setting in Access, but there is no settings for your requirement.
