TeamPlain: Where to post questions? RRS feed

  • Congrats on the purchase of TeamPlain MS.  I was hoping you would do this.

    So now that I have this tool installed, where should we post support questions?

    The reason I ask is because already the tool is not making a good impression.  It installed successfully and comes up in a browser window, but as soon as I click on a work item to view the details, the app appears to hang.  I clicked on a work item over 3 minutes ago and it's still trying to do something (no timeouts or anything).  It's just plain hung.

    I'm not sure if this has anything to do with anything, but I did notice the following error in the EventLog:


    Detailed Message: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.TeamFoundation.WorkItemTracking.Server.EventFilter' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

    Please help
