Using Regasm from non admin user's account RRS feed

I am writing C# windows application which will run on WinXP.  Installer of this application needs to register some com component with Regsvr32 and also needs to register some type library using RegAsm.

But I figured out that RegAsm command can only be exectued with Admin rights. So looks like installer can only be used by user's with admin rights.

Is there a way by which I can allow non admin user's to use the installer and still register same com component and type libraries?

Anything you want to install on a machine needs to be approved by the administrator. Forget about finding a loophole.
