  • Is there any maximum space/size limit for storing data for a particular person/patient?

  • There is a maximum size that a record is charged for occupation, in the Healthvault system. This maximum size on a per HealthRecord basis is available on the property HealthRecordInfo.QuotaInBytes. The related property QuotaUsedInBytes, indicates currently occupied space.

    To my best knowledge there is not such limit with regards to space or size for storing data.

  • I know there used to be a an upper limit on amout of data that can be stored in a person's health record - but with the advent of new data types which supports large data types (like DICOM),  I am not sure if that limit still exists..

    But programatically, an single item's xml cannot be more than 5MB.
