My Question is:

How to run a Windows Setup.exe File (An executable app I developed and packaged for Windows 7-10) on a Windows Phone 8 ?

I understand the Setup.exe File will not run on Windows Phone 8.

What are the necessary steps to make the Setup.exe File compatible for Windows Phone 8 ?

Hi,

I'm sorry to say that Windows Phone can't run .exe file. The Windows phone is a locked platform. If you want to install the app to the windows phone, please package into a acceptable file.
