Absolute Joint Orientations Kinect2 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have some joint orientation and position data, where both are absolute. I am trying to animate a 3d model using this data and am therefore, trying to map this data to the joints of the model..

    I am very confused as to how I should go about this..

    1) I dont understand, how I would use the joint hierarchy in this (as explained in : as the rotations are absolute..

    2) I tried applying the quaternions directly and the result dosent make sense..

    3) Im also not sure how I could go about applying the position data...

    Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated..
