Checking if a file/blog exists in a Storage Account using .net core Azure SDK yields a storage exception after 15 to 26 seconds RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am checking if a blob exist in a storage account from multiple Kubernetes Environment [Dev, Stage, Prod] using .net core Azure SDK.  However, ExistsAsync method blows up in production after 16 to 26 seconds with a storageexception.  I have the same code running in all 3 environments.  The only difference between the 3 environments is that the Prod environment is in a custom vnet with expressroute attached.  BTW, all 3 environments are in a custom VNET, the other environments are using regular VPN.  If this matters, the Kubernetes environments are in North Central, but the storage accounts are in a different subscription in South Central.

    Best regards,
