  • I would like to know the compatablity of VS 2005 with IIS 8.5 windows server 2012 R2

  • Hi Praveen,

    The VS 2005 could work on Windows Server 2012 R2.

    But VS2005 can only compile against .NET 2.0 (and .NET 3.0 with some extensions, admittedly). You need select .NET 2.0 in IIS for it:
