windows 8.1 pro 64-bit or 32-bit ?

  • i had pc running windows 8 pro 64 bit with vmware player installed, my pc specs are as follows Intel Core i3 380M @ 2.53GHz , 3 GB RAM , 320 GB hard disk capacity, now i am planning to install windows 8.1 pro on vmware player to develop windows 8.1 apps, i am struggling to decide whether to install windows 8.1 pro 64 bit or 32-bit version on vmware player, please suggest me which gives me best performance(32-bit or 64-bit) on vmware to run visual studio smoothly(on windows 8.1 pro).
