Page Break after Group

Question

I have a SSRS 2005 report with one table, with one group.  I have Group Properties set to 'Page Break at End', but when I run the report, everything displays on one page.
If I choose 'Page Break at start' under Group Properties, then the first page has only the report title/heading, and the rest is blank.  The data display starts on Page 2, and then the page does break between different Group values.

How do I get ' Page Break At End' of Group to work?
