HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error RRS feed

    Hello i just created an application and hosted on iis 7.5 but each time i try requesting the page i see :The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

    Notification BeginRequest
    Handler Not yet determined
    Error Code 0x80070005
    Config Error Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions
    Config File \\?\C:\inetpub\wwwroot\hm\web.config

    i dont know what to do because this same  application is running fine with iis express server.

    It looks like the App Pool account under which your site is running needs Read access (at least) to the root folder of your site (C:\inetpub\wwwroot\hm).
