Values not displaying in pivot table RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

I have Excel 2013 and have a situation where values that are available in Powerpivot are simply not displaying in a pivot table for some reason. I have refreshed, dropped and re-added the field and I can't get them to display.

    Below is a screenshot.

  • Hi Olaf

The missing values under the 'N***' column. There are missing values for 2008, 2009 and 2010.

  • Without more information about the model, the measures, and the data distribution it will be very hard to help you.

Please provide more information to help us help you.

  • I think I know why it is happening, but don't know how to correct it. In the "N***" column above, when the value immediately above the record is the same as the record value, it does not display the value. So for 2008, the missing N*** value for "2 - 0 to 5" and "7 - All Ages" is 2, it is in the Powerpivot data source and you can see it when you only select these age ranges using age slicer.

So, if there is some configuration in the pivot table that will allow these values to be shown, please let me know.
