    I am looking for the "Monitoring Change Notifications in ABO" sample listed here:    http://windowssdk.msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms524561.aspx

    When I try to compile, Visual Studio 2005 can't find coguid.h, notify.h, or threadid.h. I guess I'm missing some files from the Platform SDK. The latest download no longer includes many of the older ABO examples.

    Can someone point me in the right direction?
