How to create explorer style windows in application form windows CE 6.0 R3 RRS feed

  • Question

  •

I have seen this article here..

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms171645(v=VS.100).aspx

It shows how to have in your program an explorer like interface. It is perfect for me.

But it does not compile due to WinCE differences..

Iam trying to maks something similar in Windows CE 6.0 , Im new to CE.

Can anyone point me to similar code for CE 6.0R3.

I can't use an file dialog box as it cannot be a popup window , needs to be part of our application.

  • That looks like how you would do it for Windows CE usng C#.   What doesn't compile for you?

  • Hello,

The  NodeMouseClick does not appear on the treeview..

I tried putting the node click code in the AfterSelect event instead and then I get lots error "No overload for method ListViewSubItem takes 2 arguments".

I am using VS2005 with an embedded WinCE6.0 dev board. I assume these errors are caused by me using an older version of .NET.
