SharePoint Designer does not show 2013 Workflow Platform Type. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello there,

I would like to create a workflow based on the 2013 Platform Type using SharePoint Designer 2013

I have installed Workflow Manager 1.0 and have run the Configuration Wizard successfully.

    The following services are running:

    • Service Bus Gateway
    • Service Bus Message Broker
    • Workflow Manager Backend

However, the "New" workflow dialogue still indicates:

What do I still need to configure?

    Many thanks,

    Daniel

  • You have to Use the Register-SPWorkflowService cmdlet to configure the SharePoint host to use a workflow service by using the SPSite and WorkflowHostUri parameters.
