Azure Stack supported VM OS?

Question
-
Posting here because I dont see an Azure Stack option.
According to below recent link, Windows Server 2016 Standard is not supported? Only Data Center? I was able to upload a standard image and create a VM ok. Please advise.

Hello,
Currently, all Guest OS available in Azure for Marketplace Syndication to Azure Stack are based on Datacenter: 2008SP2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016 (full, core, full + containers) . That doesn’t mean it’s not supported, you’d need to upload it manually.
You can manually add just about any SKU you want for a Guest Operating Systems provided the license guidelines are followed.
Let us know how it goes
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your time and interest in Azure Stack.
If you experience any issues with Azure Stack or the current ASDK release, please feel free to contact us.
Thanks
