    HI,

    Is there Third-party debugging tools to debug ocx or activex.Because writing log file is inefficient.

    Visual Studio is perfectly capable of disassembly debugging.  You might also consider WinDbg.  I am sure there are other tools, but VS has been sufficient for me.

    Well, if looking for assembler level debugger, I suggest OllyDbg (http://www.ollydbg.de )

    Still happy with v1.0 personally, not sure if it has been updated to 64-bit.
