Custom Responses RRS feed

  • I wonder how it is possible to create a customized response for a crash event.

    When I try to create a response (Software > Responses > Create Response) I can only select among a rather random selection of standardized responses. The help page mentions a "Custom" response template (Choose "Help" at the top right, then Windows Error Reporting > Software > Specific Help > Manage Responses).

    Are custom responses no longer supported? Or do I have to enable it somehow? The templates that are actually offered are prefixed with numbers starting at 37 ("Beta Software expired") up to 7132 ("Contact Sysadmin to solve problem MODULE"). This makes me believe that offered templates are in fact just a selection out for >7000 existing templates.
