Performance counters enumeration is shown not just in english RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I am using vs2008 sp1 on vista ultimate (english as default settings).
when I view the counerts via perfmon.exe I see all the counters in thier english names.
However, when I use visual studio's server explorer to view the performance counters some of them appear to be in hebrew. The same happen to be the case when I enumerate the performance counters categories in code (c#).
Is there a way to change the behavior so that only the english descriptions will be presented by .net?

    Thanks

  • Thanks,
I have assigned the Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture = new System.Globalization.CultureInfo("en-US") which showd all counters in english.
