and is there any program that can run command prompt on windows-mobile 5.0 ?

Here is already discussed thread for the cold-boot & warm-boot see below thread.
Windows Mobile does not have command prompt, there is a Utility for the same.
Pocket Console on Windows Mobile 6

Good day, there will be some kind soul who can help me, I need to know how I can make a device with this OS make a COLDBOOT by code. I'm empleadon devices are the MC3090 and MK4000 of Motorola, really the kind of language that can do is not important, as long as guide me on the right track, I'm a bit lost with this. Thank you
