  • I am using

    Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.Application to create a word application object.

    but i am using Office 2010 60 days trial. its not working with trail.

    but if i am using licensed version then its work.

    Please tell me if i am using Office trial version then can i create a object

    of interop.word.application class, can i use word document in our .net application.

  • Hi Introp,

    Let's try to invoke Office COM interface via C++, let's see whether you can invoke them. It's based on my experience that your can use Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word assembly if you can invoke them. Let me know the result of this scenario.

  • you can invoke Word COM into your project directly by using Visual Studio. Then you can see the Interop assembies in your references, you can try to create a object of interop.word.application class again.

    Thank you for posting in the MSDN Forum.

    As far as I'm concerned, you cannot do that. You'll need to buy a license for the machine you want to do Office Automation.
