Help with CCR RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello Microsoft Healthvault team,

We have written an Microsoft .NET C# Personal Health Record utilizing a Microsoft Access Database.

We have reviewed your Consultants and Developer list for Healthvault, but they are too expensive for our small project.

We need for someone to help us find out what fields we are missing in our database and add them in order to comply with the CCR XML/XSD format.

If someone has an Excel Spreadsheet of ALL of the necessary fields that the CCR requires then that will speed up our programming.  We have reviewed the ASTM CCR document and have Several examples of the CCR from http://www.centerforhit.org/PreBuilt/ccr/ but still need a place to start.

Our budget is small, but we need to move quickly.

    Thanks

    Jonathan Tate

  • Unfortunately, I don't know that this is work we can do for you.  There are many external resources documenting the CCR standard, check out the external links on the wikipedia page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continuity_of_Care_Record).  Hopefully those will help you determine how to comply with the CCR format correctly.

HealthVault doesn't require CCR format-- we support our own native data types as well as CCD.  I'm guessing CCR is a requirement for you due to some other external needs, but just in case, it's worth mentioning.  As far as the HealthVault integration is concerned, CCR is available but optional.
