Hi!

I don't know if I am in the right forum section but I didn't where to post.

my boss told me that he wants to buy a windows 8 home edition but does this really exists?!Windows 8 is the home edition or what?!Because all I see is windows 8,windows 8.1 pro

Tell me what version of windows 8 corespond to home edition?!

That said, it appears that Windows Media Center requires Windows 8 Pro. See http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/feature-packs

Windows Vista and Windows 7 had quite a few editions, but Windows 8 only has:

• Windows 8
• Windows 8 Pro
• Windows 8 Enterprise (only available through volume licensing)
• Windows RT (only available on Windows RT devices)
