Create Outlook Add in For outlook 2003 and outlook 2007

Hiii
I m Working on Outlook Add ins and i want to create VSTO Outlook Add ins that works on Both Outlook 2003 and 2007.
How i create the outlook add in and which version i use on developement machine for create the outlook add ins for both versions.
Please suggest and gave me a path for Develop outlook add ins.

A VSTO add-in that you create on a machine running Outlook 2003 will also run on Outlook 2007.
