LiveSDK Cannot create an instance of SignInButton RRS feed

    I'm using windows 8.1 running visual studio 2013 and i'm trying to get to skydrive using the LiveSDK but the SignInButton throws an exception of (The element [SignInButton] could not be displayed because of an problem with Microsoft.Live.Controls.SignInButton) .

    How do i resolve this issue ?
