.net framework 3.5.1 update fails with error 0x800F0906

Question

I am able to use windows update but when I attempt to turn on biometrics, the system launches the Windows Features dialog to add .net framework 3.5.1 and then fails with error 0x800F0906

help please

Thanks that worked great for me.  Do you know what the package name is for Hyper-V to install it with DISM?

Never mind, I figured it out:

 

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Hyper-V-all /Source:j:\sources\sxs
