    For remote support on Wepos client we try to install MS Terminal Server. We have found a setup with a user account witch allows us to connect to the computer with MSTSC, but when we connect with this user its log the other user in Windows off.

    Is there a solutions for this,   so its possibly in WEPOS to support a customer without   closing the user off or take over the monitor as VNC.

  • XP Pro (and systems derived from this code base, like WEPOS) only allow for one user session – so logging into WePOS as an RDP user logs off currently logged interactive user by design.

    To use (“share”) the same session as the currently logged-on user one can use something like Remote Assistance, SMS (SCCM) agent, Altiris agent, VNC, etc…
