How to use Logging Application Block?

Question

I am actually going to use Enterprise Library-Logging Application Block, Can anyone please share some example
1) how to integrate the same with my ASP.Net Web application?
2) and where exactly it will save the logs, Can I save the log in SQL Server thru this?
