  • Hi kesa_kara,

Is node 3 a readable secondary replica?  What is the content inside PROC_LCS_REPORT_ASSOCIATE_MASTER_TC_Card_SendMail?

    >>SQLState = 28000, NativeError = 18452

Error = [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Login failed. The login is from an  untrusted domain and cannot be used with Integrated authentication.

Would you please refer to the similar thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18603696/trouble-connecting-to-sql-server-login-failed-the-login-is-from-an-untrusted-d

  • Hi Dedmon Dai,

    Good Day!!!,

    thanks for your response.

Actually the job is not executed from any other tools, its from SSMS query window only and there is no connection string used for this job.

As per the DBA it should get results and save reports into one of the shared folders.

The same query was able to successfully executed from other 2 nodes , only 3rd node is not able to execute.

When we check the auth mode from all 3 servers except this 3rd node other 2 nodes are set to KERBROSS but this 3rd Node set a NTLM.

we need to check how can we change NTLM to KERBROSS as auth mode in sql server.

when we go and check the 3rd node server properties it show mixed mode authentications only.

    thanks is advance,

  • Are the three nodes in the same domain, and are the startup accounts used by the sql server on the three nodes consistent?

  • Hi Dedmon Dai,

    Good Day!!!,

Yes all 3 nodes are in same domain and the SQL Startup account also the same in all 3 nodes.

Only thing we got from customer is that after windows update the 3rd node was change the auth mode to NTLM in sql end. But if we got and check SQL properties it show mixed mode auth.

We need to know how can we change NTLM auth to Kerbros on the 3rd box.

We checked SPN's for the 3rd node and service account, it was correctly registered.

    thanks in advance.
