  • I think you can reach any reseller of meridio in your town they will help you probably, these docs are not online anyhow. But meridio is tightly integrated with sharepoint and will show you some different menus inside sharepoint record center sites.

    you can browse this as well.

  • Not 100% sure what you are after but here goes, in terms, of what I would be tempted to do;

    1. Get SharePoint up and running, in use, with content types / document libraries replacing the Meridio and HP Records Manager systems that you are using so that new content goes into SharePoint - this makes moving the old content easier in my experience because it is no longer being updated.

    2. Move the existing documents from HP Records Manager and Meridio to SharePoint (more below)

    3. Retire HP Records Manager and Meridio

    To move the content I have done this 2 ways.

    a. Custom app using the HP Records Manager SDK / Meridio SDK to read data and SharePoint CSOM to load to SharePoint

    b. Use a migration tool that can access the back end database schema

    For the later approach I have used;

    The work is that you need to learn the database schemas for HP / Meridio and the HP one is reasonably complex.
