Compile Error RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a library project in C# that has a typed dataset.

When I try to access a class in the library from another project (same solution), I get a compile error saying that the class is not found in the namespace, even though it is there, and I have a proper reference to the library project.

When I remove the dataset from the library project, the compile error goes away.

Does anyone know what is causing this error and how I can get rid of it?

    I'm using C# 2010 on Win7.

  • Are both of your projects targeting the full framework, not the client profile?

  • My client project was targeting the client profile.

When I changed it to target the full framework, the problem went away.

    Thank you, Reed.
