Hi,
my instant annoucement in WSS is suddenly stopped. Service SPTimerV3 is started, but I cannot stop them in service manager, only by Program manager.
- Windows server 2003, Windows SharePoint Service 3.0 SP2
-The account for this service is dbowner for all SharePoint dbs in MSSQL Server
Please could anybody help me ? I have read a tons of text on the internet, without any result.
