Error while creating Excel file.

Dear All,

I am trying to create excel file but i am getting following error,

"Error : System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x8000401A): Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 8000401a.   at SBC_Support_System.SBCSSWinServiceRateDeckCreation.GenearteXLFile(DataSet ds, String path, String Template, RateDeckTemplate TemplateObj)"

Can anybody tell me how to solve this issue ?

I have tried that process and i have tried with permissions also.

Can you plz tell me where is problem exact ?
