Where do you get your BizSpark promo code for Windows Phone Dev Center?

Question

I see the offer under Offers for my BizSpark account, but when I click the link, it simply takes me to the home page for MSDN subscriptions (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/subscriptions/default.aspx) and I see no way of getting the promo code. I *can* get the promo code for the Windows Store Developer account, but that is different than the Windows Phone Dev Center.

Please advise. Thanks.

We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.  If you are still unable to obtain the code then please contact the MSDN support team since they manage this and provide the promo code to use when creating a Windows Phone Dev Center account.
