Best solution for SQL server?

Question
-
I build computers and a customer wants a server for their SQL database. It will have up to 5 workstations accessing the database at any given time. The database is currently 10GB but could grow to 50GB over the next few years. He wants the best possible speed for accessing and working with the database.
What makes a good SQL server?
ECC vs non-ECC and buffered vs un-buffered memory? The database is for his professional business.
Will faster DDR4 3200+ RAM help make things faster and still be okay without being ECC?
What about a super fast PCIe SSD?

Many things like described in the above link, but also in order to speed up the queries you need properly defined indexes otherwise you'll see performance degradation even on modern hardware
