Store listing Screenshot size RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We are in the process of submitting our first SharePoint add-in for approval, but are finding it difficult to gain approval because of the strict sizing of screenshots.

"It must be exactly 512w x 384h pixels and no greater than 300 kb"

Our add-in is being rejected because "it is not clear from the screenshots what the add-in does" - the dimensions are far too small for us to show what our add-in does clearly.  Looking at other published add-ins, their screenshots seem larger at around 869x490 which has only left us confused and frustrated as to how to proceed.

If anyone could advise or provide any guidance as to how best to proceed, it would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

Since your add-in gets rejected by Office Store while our forum is used to discuss the question about publishing apps to Windows Store, I move your thread here for better support.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Mattew Wu
