IIS FTP Site Creation and Management using C#

Question

Hello,

I don't know that this is the right place to post this but here we go.  I would like to create a "management console" that will create an IIS FTP site.  Doing the normal site creation, port setting, and user permissions, virtual directory, IP granting/blocking, etc... Can anyone point me to a good resource to get me started on this task?

Please keep in mind that they wrote new FTP from scratch for IIS 7.
