Rendering multiple frames fails uploading JSON example RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

We've set up a batch rendering farm by following the article below

When we try and upload the JSON file for the multi frame job we get a whole pile of errors from Python and we are unable to proceed..  so that test fails.

Additionally, we've installed the 3DMax plug ins and when trying to submit a job there is an error "Python backend disconnected" comes up, and we also see this error in Batch Explorer - and wonder if this is the issue ?

Unable to find any mention of this error message other than a known bug in the OSX version.  We have a ticket open, but so far no one knows what is going on..

    Any help welcome.
