Hi,
It looks you are looking for Web Mobile applications, then its out of this forums.
Please try this query with http://forums.asp.net
Asp.net Mobile controls support on many mobile platforms and they are tested on following devices also.

You can also use normal ASP.net controls but there are limitations which differs from one mobile browser to another mobile browser.

I don't think you'll be getting .Net 3.5 support, but you could check out the following link for more info:
http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Net60If you're serious about developing for Nokia phones though you should learn either Symbian C++ (for current devices) or Qt (for the new devices).

Hi Rema,
You can not developed stand alone application for Nokia series using .NET framework, however you can developed web based application using ASP.NET 3.5 in this case you have to use ASP.NET mobile web pages only.
And Pocket PC Emulator & Smart Phone emulator are using only for Windows mobile based application development.
Note: while developing ASP.NET Web Application you have to compatible with Nokia mobile browser.
Hope it helps.
