    thanks for asking but I find the Answer that is "Lists".

    And c# code will be like this

    private Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.Application wdApplication;

    (Microsoft.Office.Core.CommandBarButton)wdApplication.CommandBars["Lists"].Controls.Add(Microsoft.Office.Core.MsoControlType.msoControlButton, omissing, omissing, omissing, true);

    I'm glad you were able to resolve your issue :-)

    Thank you for providing the additional information. The reason we couldn't provide an answer before was because the way context menus are managed has changed in version 2010. From the screen shot it was not possible to determine whether we were dealing with 2010 or 2007.
