  • hi,

    i am able to access the details of sql azure storage account, can i create or delete the storage account from my application.

  • Could you define what my mean by the "storage account"? Are you referring to the SQL Azure Server you created via the portal? Or a specific security user that you created within that server?

    If the former, I believe you can only create/destroy the server via the admin portal. However, you can perform some operations such as creating users and databases within that server programmatically. Cerebrata recently released a series of cmdlets that can help with this: http://www.cerebrata.com/Blog/post/Azure-Management-Cmdlets-now-support-SQL-Azure.aspx
