http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd317756%28VS.85%29.aspx , I can find the codes(509xx) of DBCS EBCDIC codepages. But I can't use these codepages with for example MultiByteToWideChar.
Are they really exist in windows systems (Win2000/XP/2003/etc.)?
